The successful candidate should be ideally “centrally” located in the PWS Loddon Mallee region based around the city of Bendigo, located in the southern third of the designated area. As a central hub, Bendigo has numerous highways stretching north, south, east and west, providing access to all corners within 1-1.5 hours of the region.

We are one of Pristine Water Systems Australia’s trained professional team that provides high-quality service and are passionate about our customer’s well-being and water quality.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a casual on-call Water Tank Cleaner, you will be offered shifts based on operational demand. The role’s core responsibilities are to perform all activities relating to cleaning residential water tanks and assembling and servicing water filtration systems. Business hours are between Monday to Friday, 8.30-5, and some weekend work may be available if you’re interested. The workload for the day is based on scheduled jobs. This role can become a permanent future role as the business develops.

Should you be successful, your core activities will involve:

• Performing water tank cleaning, UV and filter assembling, servicing, and building
• Testing PH, hardness, Total Dissolved Solids, and iron levels of water
• Promote and sell Pristine Water System products (UV systems and filters)
• Assist with quoting, payment follow-up and basic accounting information uploading
• Assist with lead generation through various means of marketing
• Quote and prepare cost estimates

The ideal candidate will be experienced with:

• Cleaning or previous sales/service experience
• Self-motivated and able to meet client requirements
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Direct customer contact in a service industry
• Commitment to adhering to all Safety policies and procedures in place

• Working with children (White Card)
• C Class Drivers Licence (minimum)
• Level of fitness suitable to successfully undertake the physical requirements of the position

PAY RATE / RANGE:

–       $27-$35/hr Based on experience and age.

THE PROCESS:

All shortlisted personnel must be able to attend either a face-to-face interview or an online one with a webcam available. If successful during the interview, we require a short unpaid three-hour trial period to evaluate your ability to follow instructions. The unpaid trial shift will be paid back if successful.
